Wild Retreat Days

The earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair  ~  Khalil Gibran

Our woodland retreat days will return in Spring 2025. Join my mailing list to be the first to hear about upcoming dates!

Join us for a day beneath the trees in an ancient woodland in Over Alderley, near Macclesfield. These days are an opportunity to step away from day-to-day activities and reconnect with your body, mind and intuitive nature; to gather as a small community; and meet the natural world.

Guided practices will encourage you to rest, play and rejuvenate, move your body, calm your mind and get to know the land in new ways. Nature-based activities are woven throughout to support your wellbeing, with time to explore, share, reflect and refuel for the week ahead. Experience the magic of a wild retreat close to home.

"An absolute gift to my soul. It was so beautifully thought out and timed. Thank you for such a welcoming, inclusive day." ~ kind words from last year's retreat.

As wild as the woods are, we have a compost loo and a cosy, wooden cabin to retreat to if the rain or wind comes.

We keep our gatherings small (with no more than 14 folks) so that we can connect as a group whilst protecting the land... A place where, on entering, the sound of the road disappears and the bird song becomes our soundtrack.
